The QMS Audit process allows a contractor 24 hours to produce the credential documentation but instead, our Project Superintendent was able to pull up the information in real time on Michuda Mobile™

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS - One of Michuda’s valued hospital clients conducted a surprise Quality Management System (QMS) Audit of an occupied space construction project. This Audit is conducted quarterly as part of safety best-practices to demonstrate the hospital system’s ability to fulfill its written policies as regulated by DNV. The Audit team consisted of a Safety Officer, the Hospital Project Manager and the Facilities Manager. It was conducted over a two hour time frame with our Project Superintendent.
We are pleased to share that Michuda’s Job Site and Life Safety document controls were found to be impeccable. The best compliment we received was during the audit phase when they asked to see the trade workers credentials, including verification that all personnel on-site had successfully completed their required Safety Training and that all Vaccinations and related credentials were current.
The QMS Audit process allows a contractor 24 hours to produce the credential documentation but instead, our Project Superintendent was able to pull up the information in real time on Michuda Mobile™, our proprietary Cloud Based Safety Web App. When the Audit team could view all of the credentialing in our electronic database, they “marveled” at how Michuda pioneered the use of technology to regulate safety within occupied space construction. In their words “We’ve never seen anything like Michuda Mobile in the industry”.
Michuda is honored that Michuda Mobile™ has been recognized by our hospital clients as an invaluable tool to insure that the safety of patients and occupants are never compromised.
